What is included?
Your stay at Rhyd Ddu Outdoor Centre & Bunkhouse is on an exclusive hire basis: your group will have exclusive use of the entire complex for the duration of your stay. Included in the price are heat, light, water, electricity, beds and kitchen and washroom facilities. Guests should bring their own sleeping bags, towels & toiletries, etc. Pillows are provided but please bring your own pillowcase with you. Some of our guests also choose to bring a single fitted sheet along too.
We provide the roof over your head, you provide the energy and everything else you need to make this a memorable stay in a glorious location!
Please note we are a self-catering establishment, and our fully fitted kitchen provides enough cutlery, crockery, pots & pans to feed up to 30 guests. We can also arrange catering packages to suit your needs if you don’t fancy cooking after an enjoyable day’s activities; the choice is yours!

Cancellation Policy
Please read our full terms and conditions of booking, which includes our cancellation policy, carefully.
Any cancellations must be made in writing (email or letter) and sent to the correspondence address on our website and as specified in the booking confirmation email.
You should ensure that each member of your party is covered by comprehensive travel insurance.
We cannot just move your booking to another date and cannot be held responsible for adverse weather conditions.
If you make your booking more than 8 weeks in advance, you can pay a deposit of 50% to secure your booking. The balance is due 4 weeks prior to the arrival date.
Cancellation before 8 weeks of the arrival date will result in 50% of the complete booking price being refunded.
Please note all refunds are minus the card handling fee that our booking system charges.
Car Parking
We have a free, off-road car park with enough room for around 8 cars. The bunkhouse is situated just off the main road through the pretty village of Rhyd Ddu. There are no major access restrictions.
Bunkhouse Access
You may arrive from 4pm on the arrival date. Check out is by 11am on the departure date.
